The thirteen Fynbos botanicals we use in our gins grow in the Winterhoek mountains and Cape Point near Cape Town, South Africa. They are hand-picked just before distillation to preserve their unique properties.
After distilling, we blend our gins with Table Mountain spring water, to have a 43% alcohol percentage. We recommend you drink our gins with pleasure, but also with care.
